About Me

Freelancing since 2013, originally from India but currently living it up in the UAE. Life’s been quite the ride, folks!

Zoheb

My educational journey was a rollercoaster. I wanted to be a software engineer but ended up with a degree in accounting (B.Com and M.Com). With no job prospects in accounting, I joined a BPO/Call Center. I left that profession in 2013, thanks to Allah and Ravi Chaturvedi, who introduced me to Digital Marketing. Now, I own over 50 websites and have no time to work for others. Life is strange, but just don't lose hope!

Fun Facts

I never passed a math exam from Grade 1 to 9. It was a challenging subject for me. However, in Grade 10, I improved significantly thanks to Gufran Sir from Katihar. He transformed me from zero to hero, and for the first time, I passed Math in Grade 10, saving me from failure.

I am married to a Pakistani, and people often ask if I'm treated well in Pakistan, if I face harassment, or if there are any problems. We married in 2016 and have two kids. We're living a happy life, ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ.

Timeline

1988 to 2002

Born in 1988 and had fun until 2002. Those were the good ol’ days!

2002

Passed 10th exam and started working in a watch shop for 500 Rs a month. Worked 12 hours a day for peanuts. Literally.

2004

Passed 12th and continued working in the watch shop. Tick-tock, tick-tock...

2004 to 2006

Spent two years deciding between BCA or B.Com while working in the watch shop. With no money. Decisions, decisions...

2006 to 2009

Completed B.Com in 2009 after wasting two years and having no money or support. Finally, a degree!

2009

Got a call center job at Hinduja Global Solutions Limited and moved to Durgapur. Worked for 3-4 months in a very stressful job. Ah, call center life...

2010 to 2012

Joined IBM GPS in Kolkata, thinking it would be better. But, call center life... LOL!

2012 to 2013

Joined Wipro, felt a bit of relief with fair pay and British customers. Improved communication skills but kept looking for a non-call center job.

2013 to Now

Left Wipro and started freelancing. Living the dream, working from anywhere with my laptop!
